After the purchase, the product is sent to you by Israel Post Services. In addition, a conformation e-mail will be sent to your address with serial code to track your shipment.
How soon will I receive my shipment after I ordered?
Deliveries are free. Free Shipping is sent by registered mail to the customer. The time commitment is up to 10 business days inside Israel and up to 15 business days to overseas, but in most cases the product arrives before that. If and when you choose the *Express Mail service, by an emissary from Israel Post directly to your door, shipping will arrive within one business day from shipping the package. *Available only in Israel.
Can I pay cash?

Do HOOPS watches come with a warranty?
Yes indeed, there is warranty on all watches, see page "warranty".
In case the watch needs to be repaired, who fixes it?
All repairs, those under warranty and those not, are performed in our service laboratory. You can send us the watch through the page "Contact Us". Repairing can take up to 14 business days in Israel and 28 business days for worldwide address, but in most cases you will receive your watch long before that.
